This blog is intended to help any micro- or small American business navigate through the confusing and frustrating bureaucratic/legal landscape necessary for businesses to succeed. My focus will be on NJ businesses (since I live in NJ), but much of the info presented will be applicable to other states. If along the way I can help other micro/small businesses succeed by offering publicity/advertising, web design, or consulting services, I will do so at very affordable rates.
